We are a team with over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. To us, all our properties are exquisite realties with the highest potential. We are passionate about forging healthy and transparent long-term relationships with all our clients and our goal is to have an enjoyable property journey experience together with you.

We have amassed numerous awards over the years from Singapore’s largest Real Estate company and we are also award winners of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) which recognises the dedication in service towards clients as well as outstanding performance in rental and sales among the real estate agents in Singapore.

Our team has made extensive transactions in various property types from HDB to mass market condos to cater to our vast clientele. We also have a dedicated team of agents serving ultra high-net-worth individual clients (UHNWIs and HNWIs) for luxurious residential properties, offices, shophouses, buildings as well as commercial properties.

We have developed a database consisting of brand new and resale landed properties as well as land that is open for redevelopment. As we are both property owners as well as investors, we know how to spot good properties and we have carried out deals with many commercial, shophouse and industrial buildings.
