If you use our Services as a Real Estate or Home Services Professional, we may process your Personal Data to verify your identity and facilitate any necessary verification or onboarding processes, as well as perform any additional checks that we may require, enable you to create and manage property listings on our Services, as well as provide services to our users, market and promote your services, including by offering the Featured Agent feature, process, facilitate, and complete payments from you, provide training sessions, in which you can participate, and process and respond to user feedback concerning your services.
If you submit Personal Data to us in relation to an employment opportunity at 93 Property, we may process your Personal Data to consider you for the position for which you have submitted your Personal Data to us or any other positions that are or become available in the future, respond to you in relation to any future application you make for an employment opportunity with us, facilitate the conduct of interviews and your visits to our premises, and contact your referees in order to collect the information you have consented to us collecting about you in order to consider you for employment opportunities with us.
We may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process your Personal Data for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy, depending on the circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you of the additional purpose and obtain your consent, unless the processing of your Personal Data without your consent is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”) or other applicable laws.
